Every Missouri city, town & village — one coverage registry

This page is designed to eliminate blind spots. It loads the current U.S. Census TIGERweb incorporated-place universe for Missouri, sorts it south-to-north, and overlays direct municipal public-record source links already cataloged by Howell Opportunity Radar. A cataloged permit, planning, or records page is a discovery path only; it is not automatically counted as structured procurement ingestion.

Municipality coverage registry

Master-list presence is not procurement coverage. Every incorporated place stays visible so it cannot silently disappear. If no direct municipal opportunity source has been classified, this page says so. County and statewide layers are tracked separately and never substitute for a direct municipal bid/procurement feed.

Authority universe: U.S. Census Bureau TIGERweb, Incorporated Places, January 1 2026 vintage. State-level municipal code metadata is also cross-checked against Missouri’s published City Building Codes dataset. Radar uses this list for completeness; it does not imply Census is a permit source. Municipal project intelligence is derived from lawful public records and official agency sources.
