What is Howell Opportunity Radar?
A Missouri construction and development intelligence service that organizes public bids, planning/zoning signals, approved developments, active-construction watches and industrial/regulatory signals into a ranked, source-linked opportunity feed.
Why pay for information that may be public?
The value is not access to one public webpage. Radar monitors many official sources, normalizes the records, scores relevance, matches trades and territories, surfaces deadlines, attaches known project parties when publicly verifiable and gives each record a suggested next move.
Does Radar include private projects?
Radar includes selected source-linked private-development leads where the developer, owner or project relationship has been established. These are labeled separately from public bids. A planning approval, permit or construction announcement does not mean subcontractor packages are open. Private coverage is selective, not every project in Missouri.
Does Radar include plans and bid documents?
Records link to original sources and available documents. Radar is not a hosted planroom and does not promise a complete drawing set for every project. Planning applications and renderings are not construction bid sets. Registration, fees or planholder requirements may apply at the original source; Radar does not bypass them.
How should I use a private-development lead?
Check the latest project source, identify the confirmed owner or developer, and determine the current estimating team and procurement route. Confirm that your trade has an available package before preparing pricing. Meeting dates are not bid deadlines.
Who is it for?
Commercial contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, site/civil firms, suppliers, equipment/rental companies and vendors that benefit from knowing where project spending may occur.
Does Radar guarantee work?
No. Radar is a research and business-development intelligence service. Projects can change, be delayed or canceled. Customers must verify official source records, eligibility and current status before acting.
How often is the data refreshed?
The production architecture is designed for daily official-source monitoring plus QA review before a candidate is promoted into the customer feed. Some municipal sources publish on meeting or permit cycles rather than daily.
What does Radar cost?
four monthly tiers are available: Starter $4.99, Plus $9.99, Pro $19.99 and Managed $39.99, billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. There is no free trial or discount attached to the current offer.
Will I have to take a sales call?
No. Enrollment is self-serve through online checkout. Member access is provided after successful payment, and support is available by email.
Can I resell the feed?
No. Access is for the customer’s own legitimate business-development use. Resale, republication, scraping or redistribution as a competing data product is prohibited unless Howell Commerce Co. gives written permission.
Does Radar access renew?
Yes. Paid Radar access renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Customers can manage payment details and cancel future renewals through Stripe’s customer billing portal from the member dashboard. Access normally remains available through the paid billing period.
Are subscription payments refundable?
Paid billing periods are non-refundable once they begin. Canceling stops future renewals but does not create a prorated or retroactive refund for the current paid period. Exceptions may apply where required by law or for verified duplicate, unauthorized, billing-error, or unresolved access/delivery charges. See the Refund Policy.
